Kelly Miller spent more than three decades inside manufacturing operations — not in corporate strategy rooms, but on production floors, in safety walk-throughs, and in direct supervision of fabrication teams. That background is the foundation of everything Double K Solutions delivers.
From 1997 to 2022, Kelly served as Production Manager at Southwestern Corporation, overseeing production, quality, and safety for a demanding fabrication environment. During that tenure he drove significant margin improvements, built OSHA-compliant safety programs from scratch, and led ongoing lean transformation work that changed how the floor operated day-to-day.
In 2023, Kelly founded Double K Solutions to bring that same hands-on leadership to small and mid-size manufacturers across Northern Colorado — companies that need real operational expertise, not slide decks and frameworks divorced from the reality of a busy shop floor.
Since launching, Kelly has consulted on bridge fabrication operations, CNC machining environments, and aerospace/defense-adjacent manufacturers, including a fractional production manager engagement with a fast-growing contractor navigating near-doubling annual sales growth.
