Three Decades on the Shop Floor
Kelly Miller founded Double K Solutions after more than 30 years leading production and manufacturing operations — including a 25-year tenure as Production Manager at Southwestern Corporation, where he drove significant margin improvement and built OSHA-compliant safety programs from the ground up.
Since 2023, Kelly has consulted across bridge fabrication, CNC machining, and aerospace/defense-adjacent manufacturers — including a fractional leadership role supporting a fast-growing contractor through near-doubling annual sales growth. Clients work with Kelly directly from day one.
